When you receive merchandise, you¡¯d better open all boxes immediately and check contents. Once you¡¯ve found any of the following situation, please notify us within 2 days of you receipt:

Incorrect Products
1¡¢Shipping Incorrectly
It is very rare that you will receive an incorrect product; we double-check all orders before we ship them. However, if we made a mistake/error in shipping, please notify us within 2 days of receipt
We will need you to provide us some photos and/or samples to know the details. And we will ship you the correct products at our cost.
1¡¢Ordering Incorrectly If you made an error and ordered the wrong products£¬please try to let us know as earlier as possible before shipment to see whether we could be able to help you to make changes to solve the problem. Final solution will be taken as per further negociation with joint efforts.
Products Shortage
After checking the goods, if you find the quantity of some kinds of products is not equal as listed on the INVOICE and PACKING LIST, first of all, please contact your local forwarder or agent or third party institute to confirm this situation; secondly please inform us of this shortage situation within 3 days of receipt. Please provide us the details of received size and quantity, and let us know the packing situation of whether they are cut or contrived. Photos are required for further study.
We will investigate immediately with our warehouse and shipping company to find whether the shortage happened before or after shipping. If our factory made the mistake to provide less products than required, we shall send remaining products to you together with your following order or immediately for emergency at our cost. If the shortage happened when the goods were out of our control, you may apply for the compensation from the insurance company or shipping company. We will offer our help to you for the application.
Damaged Products
When you receive the order, if the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please contact with your local forwarder agent for problems due to the vessel and local transportation, or inform us within 1 week for package problems.
Usually damaged packages appears due to the following reasons:
(a) many times of loading and unloading from trucks and containers between factory and final destination.
(b) carelessness during the transportation in warehouse.
(c) moist weather causing packages easily broken
Anyway, to solve such unexpected problems, please provide us the photos and counted quantities of broken inner and outer packages and/or items, so that we may supply you in the following order as replacement properly.
Defective Products
Within ninety (90) days of receiving your order, if any product proves to be defective from your side; please contact us immediately. Please DO NOT ship the product back to us without contacting us first. Photos and/or samples are required to send to us first. And we shall study and find out the problem.
If the product is defective, you will receive a replacement or to choose to get refund on basis of a reasonable discount rate.
Principle and policy
You could either choose to receive replacement or refund on basis of reasonable discount rate. Usually, for non-function problems, we shall send you accessory or parts for replacement, and whole set for function problems.
